Opening in January 2026, the Residence Inn by Marriott Bromont is the only ski-in/ski-out hotel at the foot of the resort slopes. Its completion marks the culmination of a mandate.
Building a hotel under a Marriott banner requires a specific discipline. Every detail, from the layout of the suites to the common areas, from mechanical systems to finishes, must meet the brand's compliance standards before it can be branded. The extended-stay formula of Residence Inn adds an extra requirement: each suite is equipped with a full kitchen, which multiplies the mechanical, electrical, and ventilation complexity for the entire building. Everything had to be ready in time for the 2025-2026 winter season.
The hotel welcomes its guests in spacious suites with CABINN by Chef Laurent Godbout and Associates, indoor parking with EV charging stations and ski lockers. A 2,300 sq ft event space completes the offering.
At the foot of the slopes and with a view of the Eastern Townships, the hotel puts alpine skiing, mountain biking, and golf right at its guests' doorstep. It forms a single complex with the ALPINN condo-hotels, where hospitality and private ownership coexist at one address.
