Delivered in January 2026, ALPINN has officially inaugurated the Residence Inn by Marriott Bromont. Co-developed by Groupe DACA and Bromont, montagne d’expériences, the complex features 134 units spread across areas ranging from 473 to 980 square feet, located directly at the foot of the mountain.
Its signature: the condo-hotel formula. Each owner holds a private unit integrated into the rental pool of the Residence Inn by Marriott, operated by Urgo Hotels. Rental, maintenance, and service are entirely taken care of, with no management required. In parallel, the owner benefits from 36 free nights per year, with access to all hotel services.
