Start of construction work on the Alpinn hotel project
We're proud to announce that construction has officially begun on our brand-new ALPINN resort! This milestone event was enthusiastically celebrated by our entire team at the groundbreaking ceremony, symbolizing the beginning of a new era for Groupe DACA and Bromont, montagne d'expériences.
This major investment of nearly 60 M$ marks a significant step forward in our commitment to offer unrivalled living experiences in the region. The hotel will feature long-stay suites under the Marriott International banner, guaranteeing a world-class level of service and comfort for our valued guests. With a total of 134 units, ranging from 473 to 980 square feet, each space has been carefully designed to offer a luxury residential experience.
Located at the foot of the slopes of Bromont, a mountain of experiences, our complex offers easy access to year-round outdoor activities. What's more, our customers will benefit from indoor parking for added convenience and security.
